To celebrate HSP Awareness Week, join this nurturing in-person workshop where we’ll explore how to reconnect with your body and build a sense of safety and balance as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP).
As a highly sensitive woman, your body is constantly processing the world around you — emotionally, mentally, and physically. But often, instead of being a source of support, it can feel like your body is overwhelmed or against you.
This Sensing Circle is a gentle reminder that your body is your best friend. Through body-based practices and creative self-inquiry, you’ll learn how to restore trust, build balance, and feel more at home in yourself.
In this 2-hour in-person gathering, you will:
✨ Discover body-based tools to calm your nervous system and reconnect with yourself
✨ Learn gentle movement and breath practices to regulate emotional intensity
✨ Use creative journaling or drawing to listen to what your body is telling you
✨ Connect with other sensitive women in a safe and validating space

I’m Karolina Wargin – a Wellbeing Facilitator & Yoga Teacher. As an highly sensitive person, I know how it feels to be constantly overwhelmed. For years, I tried to “fix” myself, only to realize the key was honoring my sensitivity instead of fighting it. The day, my body forced me to stop, I was pushed to discover a new way of living — one that prioritizes my needs and wellbeing. Let’s find balance together.
